The PFI VERTEILER™ 540 is a mechanically controlled hydrogen fuel distribution system designed for 4-cylinder combustion engines. Combined with the external fuel dosing unit, it provides a complete solution for precise fuel dosing.

Fuel distribution is controlled by the rotation of a graphite disc, which sequentially opens the individual cross-sectional areas in synchronization with the engine cycle. This enables precise and reliable fuel gas distribution while maintaining a fully mechanical control principle.

The VERTEILER™ 540 is provided as a plug-and-play solution tailored to the customer's specific engine and application requirements, with the system configuration adapted to the individual installation.
