The PFI VERTEILER™ 490 is a mechanically controlled fuel gas distributor designed for 8-cylinder combustion engines. Two rotating graphite discs provide precise, crank-synchronous opening of the individual gas passages, ensuring efficient and accurately timed fuel gas distribution to each cylinder.

In this type 490, the fuel dosing unit (Mengensteller) is already integrated. It provides precise fuel dosing.

The VERTEILER™ 490 represents an ambitious, fully developed solution for 8-cylinder engines, covering the design, manufacturing, and testing of the complete injection system.
